MY STORY

For more than 35 years, I have been perfecting an award-winning green chili recipe built on tradition, quality, and authentic flavor. Every batch is handcrafted in small quantities to ensure exceptional taste and consistency, using only premium ingredients and carefully selected roasted green chiles. What started as a passion for creating great green chili has grown into a commitment to sharing a recipe that family, friends, and customers have enjoyed for decades. Every jar reflects the same dedication to quality, freshness, and homemade flavor that has made my green chili a favorite for over three decades.
